How to Order

To order a commission, order through Ko-Fi or Commissio. Alternatively, you can message me on Discord under the name nerostreet.

Before You Order

Before you order, I thought I'd give a quick rundown of how commissioning me works.You can order through either Commiss.io or Ko-Fi. If you would prefer to direct message me, you can do so via Discord: nerostreetPlease note I only take payments through PayPal or Stripe.Please have your reference(s) ready. The only exception is if I'm doing a design/reference commission for you. In that case, please provide a detailed description of what you want and as much visual reference as you can provide. This can include images from Google and art from others. Anything to help give me a clear idea of what you're picturing. This will help prevent possible revisions and additional costs.If you have an idea for an expression/pose, please let me know. Otherwise, I will make one up for you.If there's art I've done previously that you like, let me know when ordering so I can recreate that style for you!Before you pay, I always try to include a gesture sketch. These are very messy and basic stick figure drawings. This is just to show the pose before I get started to see if I understood your instructions. I only ask for payment if you're satisfied with the pose. Afterwards, I will send an invoice.I do not start on the sketch until after you've paid. Please check Trello for updates on your progress as there may be someone in the queue before you.I will be sure to show you progress. Once for the cleaned up sketch and maybe once more for the color stage before the shading. Painting commissions will get progress shots of the painting coming together. I may send more updates just to keep up communication and to show progress is being made. During each progress stage please let me know about revisions as soon as possible. The sooner I fix updates, the better. Simple fixes will have no charge but if you give me revisions during a stage that will be time consuming to fix, I will charge you extra. This is especially important for more complicated commissions such as detailed shading pieces and paintings.I do like to stream commissions often. Please let me know if you do not want your commission streamed. This goes for posting too. If you do not want your commission posted, please let me know. Please note I may not always post commissions in a timely manner to my socials.When I send your commission, I'll send you two versions: HD and web. Please only upload the web version to your own socials! The HD version is for your own personal use. Yes, you may use it to print your own stickers, shirts, etc. but do not sell it.Once finished, you may post to your own socials as long as you tag me or credit me. If you post to a site I'm not on, please include my Carrd so that folks can order their own!Let me know if you have any questions! :)

Terms of Service

Before ordering, please read all my TOS. By ordering a commission and sending a payment, you are agreeing to my TOS. Failure to follow the TOS may result in a cancelled commission, or in extreme cases: blacklisting.

On Ordering Commissions

The most reliable method of ordering commissions from me are either emailing me at [email protected] or messaging me on Discord under the user name nerostreet.The only payment methods I accept are either PayPal or Stripe.If your character design is complicated such as a mech, I may charge extra.I will send you WIPs to ensure you're satisfied with the progress. If you see anything you're unsatisfied with, the earlier you let me know, the better! Late changes may result in higher prices.

Wait Times

If you need your commission done by a certain time, let me know as early as possible!Since I work full time, I may not get around to your commission right away. After a month if you don't hear back from me, feel free to message me.
If you begin messaging me frequently (i.e. daily, hourly), I will cancel your commission and refund you, as I can't keep up with messages.Please check my Trello before asking me progress on your commission. I do my best to ensure my Trello is up to date and there will be times when I am working through a queue before starting on yours. People who have paid before you will have priority.

Permissions

If you want to use my art for commercial purposes, please contact me directly.Please note that I like to stream art on my Twitch. If you do not want your commission to be show publicly, or if you wish to remain anonmymous, please state beforehand.Most commissions (excluding fetish ones or ones I do not wish to post for personal reasons) will be posted on my social media. If you do not wish for your commission to be posted, please let me know!You may use the finished piece for personal use. This includes things like website avatars, phone wallpapers, and banner images. If you upload it to other websites, please tag me or link back to me. All my social media can be found at: https://nerostreet.carrd.co/When you receive your commission, you will get two files: one with a watermark, and a HD version. Please only post the watermarked version. The HD version is for your personal use only!You may create merchandise such as stickers and T-shirts using the HD version of your commission but you cannot sell the HD version in any capacity! If you are caught selling the commission without my consent, you will be permanently blacklisted!

On NFTs and AI

You do not have my permission to sell my art as NFTs!You do not have permission to feed my art into AI generators such as Midjourney or Stable Diffusion!If you are caught breaking this rule, you will be permanently blacklisted.No exceptions!

I reserve the right to deny any commissions for any reason.
